Today I sold an old dresser that was left at one of our commercial locations. I wanted it out fast so I only asked $25.00 for it. I had a lady in and loaded up with payment in hand in an hour and a half. One item down . . . thousands to go!

Stuff That Has Sold (running totals)
9/27/13-----Old dresser from commercial location---------- $25.00
Grand Total: $25.00
Grand Total: $25.00
Eventful past few weeks . . .
Let's talk about how stuff and the management (or lack thereof) can cause a lot of unnecessary headache, worry, and drama. As I am downsizing my life both personally and professionally in respect to items I have found that the universe keeps throwing more of them my way!
We have begun the cleanout of my grandmother's home (which I will discuss in a separate post) and that coupled with going through all of our items has left me physically/emotionally/spiritually exhausted. This is an overwhelming project for even the most ambitious, high energy person. Proceed with caution if you decide to undertake this simplifying process.
You have to question each item and it's relevance in your space.
In other news, I have listed one of DD#2's baby items, a walker, on facebook. I had someone who wanted to buy it but then she did not show up for purchase. It is now being relisted. Stuff - 1 JB-0
